DONOVAN, MSGR. WILLIAM, H'77 on July 2. Msgr. Donovan received his Honorary Degree from the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ in May of 1977 and was the first diocesan priest to be so honored. The Pontifical Mass will be celebrated on July 6 at St. Peter's Cathedral at 10:00 a.m. Arrangments are by the H. Merritt Hughes Funeral Home, Wilkes Barre.
